Mudon
Mudon is a gated residential complex
project developed by Dubai Properties. In Arabic, Mudon is known as 'cities',
it was originally a highly ambitious project planned to be three times the size
it is now. The original plan was to replicate five ancient Middle Eastern
cities - Baghdad, Beirut, Cairo, Damascus and Marrakech - making Mudon one large
city within Dubai.
Today, the area is a new housing
development on the edge of the desert in Dubailand, at the intersection of Al
Qudra Road and the Emirates Road (E611). Mudon has a collection of ready to
move in townhouses and villas, with more off-plan additions to be delivered by
2021.
Mudon offers residents a
family-friendly environment. Residents have access to a dedicated shopping
centre, supermarket, schools, nursery, health club, medical centre, mosque,
multiple swimming pools and a 1.8 million sq.ft park.
